ECLAIR RECIPE

Hello ladies! Probably there's no need to explain what eclair is and everybody's ate one in their life. It's a very delicious french pastry that I tried to make few days ago and today I made it again. It is easy to make so I want to share the recipe for you. Sorry for the yellowish last pictures, the natural light was gone until I baked them. 


All you need:
1 glass of water
little bit less than 1 glass of flour
3 spoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
100g of butter
3 eggs

How to:
Put water, butter, salt and sugar in a pot and boil it. When it is boiling, add flour and quickly mix everything up. When the batter is not sticking to the sides anymore, turn off the heat and leave it for 5 minutes to cool down. When it has coolen down, mix in the eggs. When you're done with that, prepare tha baking sheets and pre-heat the oven 180 degrees celsium. Take baking pipe and make those gorgeous eclairs. Shove it in the oven for 35 - 40 mins till it's outside is crispy. There are a lot of fillings to choose from, I used caramel this time.

Mine burnt a little, because I forgot to put the tray higher. Well, we learn from our mistakes, don't we?

  1. well now that's a must :) i'm a HUGE eclair lover, and why am i seeing this post just now?! monday night isn't the best one to make those, but tomorrow for sure!!!
